I've never had an issue with anything I've gotten from them. They are great about helping you start out and are remarkably good at remembering things you've got in the past.
Then 2 days later something else would go wrong, and they'd sell me something else. It was the same routine every week. Go in, bring water, they'd test it, or look at pictures of my problem, sell me a chemical or a different kind of sea creature.
I left my previous comment below when i had left 5 stars. They just lost me as a customer. Where a couple of the employees are nice, the owners are cranky, unhelpful, and can be rude.
"Everyone here is great and knowledgeable. True, 1 or 2 can be a bit cranky, but remember this is a store and they have a lot to do, while also dealing with customers and people just visiting to look at the sea life.
If you want to buy from here, don't expect any kind of loyalty or helpfulness. You're just a walking wallet to those people.
My tank started suffering. I would bring water in, they'd test it, and tell me what to buy and exactly how to use it.
I did everything they said. Every employee (even the nice ones [which i am now doubting even their sincerity], i assume out of pressure from the owners) would tell me something and then either tell me the other salesman was wrong, or deny saying anything at all.
If you want to laugh and be educated at the same time while you shop, make sure to ask if "spider man" is working."
They got me.
Had issues at first but then I went back and they hooked me up with a fresh fish,after that everything went smooth and nice.
Very knowledgeable crew! Always a great experience. They've helped me avoid making some costly mistakes!! They'd rather their customers buy only what they need when they need it and they'd rather you not buy anything than buy something you don't need or shouldn't use. Great place! Glad to call them my LFS
I feel like i was conned into constantly buying products that i didn't need, and made to feel stupid or guilty by them switching their answers around, turning everything into my fault.
Have been shopping with them for a couple of months now. Great service! Very knowledgeable about all of their fish.
Bought a good amount of fish from them guppies lived for about a year and my current fish are hopefully gonna live for another 10 only problem with there store and the main reason i'm giving 4 stars is because I was sold the wrong fish!Now this isn't a issue because hes cuddly and amazing.My main concern is the treatment of the betta I've seen a few empty tanks spots that you could probably put dividers in and sell them that way it would look a lot better to the customer.Prices are also amazing and staff are extremely useful and provide correct information even though they sold me the wrong fish they know the names of the rest and even own animals themselves.

I guess seeing that i was new to reef tanks, they used that to make money.
My tank was in full crash yesterday. I was told the only hope was a 50% water change to save my corals, since everything else died within 3 days of the last chemical i was told to buy. I had broken and dislocated my finger earlier that day, and used the rest of my money to get that taken care of. They knew this, they also saw me at least twice a week, i always spent money every visit there. Yet when i asked if they could give me 5 gallons of water and i would pay them in 1 1/2 days when i got paid, the OWNER said no. Please keep in mind i wasn't looking for a handout. Just some saltwater i would have happily paid for less than two days later. They didn't trust me, a customer who bought exclusively from them for 3-4 months, who spent $500+ dollars, to front me SALTWATER, to do a water change that they said HAD to be done. That's when they lost my business for good.
